Help needed for the new design

Today the last day of term V commences ;) and i have two exams to go... following with there can be grand group reunion plans... and here i am changing the design and layout of my blog. I searched for some exciting template and ended with this since blogspot templates are bored and monotonous. But one problem here i find that i am unable to put that Blue blogger navbar on the top. If any one can suggest me what should i do....I seek guidance from my geek friends Please do Oblige...

मदिरालय जाने को घर से चलता है पीनेवाला
' किस पथ से जाऊँ? ' असमंजस में है वह भोलाभाला
अलग- अलग पथ बतलाते सब, पर मैं यह बतलाता हूँ -
' राह पकड़ तू एक चला चल, पा जाएगा मधुशाला ||

हाथों में आने से पहले नाज़ दिखाएगा प्याला
अधरों पर आने से पहले अदा दिखाएगी हाला
बहुतेरे इनकार करेगा साकी आने से पहले
पथिक, न घबरा जाना, पहले मान करेगी मधुशाला॥

यम आयेगा साकी बनकर साथ लिए काली हाला
पी न होश में फ़िर आएगा सुरा- विसुध यह मतवाला
यह अंतिम बेहोशी, अंतिम साकी, अंतिम प्याला है
पथिक, प्यार से पीना इसको फ़िर न मिलेगी मधुशाला॥



धर्मग्रन्थ सब जला चुकी है, जिसके अंतर की ज्वाला,
मंदिर, मसजिद, गिरिजे, सब को तोड़ चुका जो मतवाला,
पंडित, मोमिन, पादिरयों के फंदों को जो काट चुका,
कर सकती है आज उसी का स्वागत मेरी मधुशाला।।

मुसलमान औ' हिन्दू है दो, एक, मगर, उनका प्याला,
एक, मगर, उनका मदिरालय, एक, मगर, उनकी हाला,
दोनों रहते एक न जब तक मस्जिद मन्दिर में जाते,
बैर बढ़ाते मस्जिद मन्दिर मेल कराती मधुशाला!।

लिखी भाग्य में जितनी बस उतनी ही पाएगा हाला,
लिखा भाग्य में जैसा बस वैसा ही पाएगा प्याला,
लाख पटक तू हाथ पाँव, पर इससे कब कुछ होने का,
लिखी भाग्य में जो तेरे बस वही मिलेगी मधुशाला।


अपने युग में सबको अनुपम ज्ञात हुई अपनी हाला,
अपने युग में सबको अदभुत ज्ञात हुआ अपना प्याला,
फिर भी वृद्धों से जब पूछा एक यही उज्ञल्तऌार पाया -
अब न रहे वे पीनेवाले, अब न रही वह मधुशाला!।


 This post i started to write yesterday when i happen to check my profile on orkut and just get mesmerized by the lines of 'Madhushala' (मधुशाला). These are some of my favorite lines from Madhushala.  I search for a video of Madhushala recited by none other than son of the famous poet who penned down these beautiful lines, Harivansha Rai Bachhan (He is the father of one of the bolllywood icons Amitabh Bachhan).
Not finding where did i save it i search it on youtube and was amazed to find that great Manna dey had sung entire  Madhushala. (I) can't express my delight to hear my favorite lines from one of my favorite singer. Madhushala is third in trilogy, the others being Madhubala (1936) & Madhukalash (1937). read about these on wiki.

How many states, darn it you want man!... isn't it enough?????
No idea, why it was a sad reaction when i came to know about the separation nod announced by P. Chidambaram. I  could see many of my colleagues from AP disappointed, now some of them belong to AP some from telangana and probably in a few days some from rayalseema.
 I have heard of all this outcry many a times. being from Bihar, i remember what the hell happened over Jharkhand and Bihar issue. feel this all sh*t happens due to these B*ll Sh*t , bloody Politicians. Apparently they can sell anybody just for money and all in the name of public interest.  Any way that's a separate issue.

• 93 legislators and many MPs, cutting across party lines, resigned to protest the central government's decision

AP-Telangana-Rayalseema (seems possible, if few MPs sit for another hunger strike). Also there will be definite rise in hunger strikes and similar kind of Pseudo- gandhi Stuffs from Bundelkhand, gorkhaland, harit pradesh and many more. And 'No surprises' if in near future, demand for separate Nation arise. Hyderabad remains in doldrums. Some leaders from parties have proposed to declare Hyderabad a Union Territory. Darn it man! Are you people out of your mind...
